Where do I study

My goals

My name is Morgan, and I am a 25 year old living in Vienna, Austria. I was born in New York City, but moved to Florida when I was 5 years old. I attended primary & secondary school in Miami, but I grew up in the Florida Keys where I spent most of my childhood in the ocean. I wanted to be a marine biologist, until I graduated from high school and started to work for an event waste management company called Clean Vibes. Throughout my time at university, I cleaned up music festivals all over the US, and thats where my love story with waste began.

I studied Natural Resource Management with a focus in Waste at the University of Florida. I moved to Los Angeles to work at the University of Southern California (USC) with Chevron to teach students about sustainable energy, and lived in Seattle while working for Waste Management (WM) as a recycling educator. During my bachelors I studied abroad in Norway at the University of Oslo to learn about waste management, and studied at the Waste Institute at BOKU in Vienna, Austria.

While studying abroad in Vienna in 2020, I fell in love with Austria and decided to pursue my masters here. While waiting for my student-permit to get approved I have lived in Belfast (NI), Edinburgh (Scotland), Islamorada (USA), Bucharest (Romania), and Dubrovnik (Croatia). It's been a long road, but now I am finally settled in Vienna where I study full time, and try to influence other students to pursue education outside of the US!

I am pursuing my masters degree in Natural Resource Management & Ecological Engineering at University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna, Austria. I am currently studying abroad at the Czech University of Life Sciences (CZU) in Prague, Czech Republic.

Once I graduate from BOKU in January 2024, I will apply to Edinburgh Law School to get an LLM in Climate Change Law. I am choosing to pursue a second masters in law so I can work for the IAEA and work in the field of Nuclear Waste Law.
